My Soil, My Green

We received our certificates by participating in coding week events.  

  First, we made a short nature tour and made observations. Then we made pictures with leaves falling in autumn.

  Within the scope of our project, we received expert opinion from the General Directorate of Forestry employee about afforestation, forest fire and prevention activities.T-shirts and hats were presented to our students by the Generel Directorate of Forestry. It was a productive and educational presentation.

  Within the scope of our project, the General Directorate of Forestry gave information to our students about "The benefits of forests, forest fires and forestry activities". Afterwards, T-shirts and hats were presented to our students by the Forestry Directorate. It was a very educational and entertaining presentation.

  The spinach and parsley we planted in our soil are growing.

  First we gathered our leaves. Then we made animal  figures with them. We had a lot of fun and guessed the animals made first.

  We examined the trees in the garden of our school with my students. Later, we made bookmarks for ourselves with the leaves falling from the trees.

  The plants that grow in the soil came to our minds. We brought our parsley and spinach seeds together with the soil in accordance with the season.

  We examined the nature and the soil. We saw the leaves falling to the ground in autumn and decided to paint with them.

                                                                                                           First we watched a video about the soil formation. Then we drew picture of the soil instead of our crayons.

We talked about soil and how much plants need it to grow.  We  watched a related video.    We bought pots and planted vegetables in them.  The result after a few days was amazing!

  First we talked about the formation of the soil by watching a video about the formation of the soil. Then we created shapes from the soil and made pictures.

  We talked with my students about the importance of soil. Later, we created a small garden in our school and planted our parsley seeds together.

  First, "What is soil?" We found the answer to the question. Then we watched a video about soil formation. Then we took the soil in our hands and obtained mud from it. We wrote the name of our project with mud.

  We designed our logo. We chose the first logo of our class

  I work in the Köyceğiz district of Muğla. Köyceğiz is a small town famous for its historical and natural beauties.

This is our school in Thessaloniki! It has 400 students, 16 classes, computer room, library and a large event room.The children are 6 to 12 years old. All children learn English and the older children learn German or French. The IT teacher does a lot of things with the students and recently we got the first prize in robotics.
