We have read five books( The Plant, Apple Tree, Making A Tree Friend, Using Less Energy and Caring For Earth) from https://www.readinga-z.com/  We have done before reading and post reading activities. The aims used for the curriculum integration are below: E4.1.S3. Students will be able to give and respond to simple instructions verbally. E4.3.L1. Students will be able to get the main idea of a simple oral text about the abilities of the self and others. E4.3.L2.   First of all we greeted and met each other. After that we started to plan our project.Later we set our project rules.Finally we said goodbye to each other. We had our second teacher webinar. We planned our collaborative works and shared tasks. It was a productive meeting. Thank you my dear partners. We had our first student webinar. Our Portuguese students made a presentation and all the students both watched a video and made a tree drawing. It was fun. Thanks to everyone. We had our second student webinar. It was wonderful to meet again and playing a game on Kahoot! was amazing.

Our Acrostic Poem For the collaborative acrostic poem, we read the lines that were written before ours. We thought about the words related to our project. With the guidance of teacher, students wrote the line beginning with "M". Preparing A Public Service Product My Student, Irmak is saying her sentence for our public service product. Writing A Story Book For the collaborative story, first we read the story from the beginning. We asked questions about it and answered each others' questions. Secondly we focused on how we could make it continue. Later students shared their ideas. Finally sentences flowed with the muse. We are very excited to read the next parts of the story.

  We cleaned up our school yard. We decided to be a part of solution, not to be a part of pollution. After cleaning up we washed our hands and changed our masks. We felt the happiness of being within that environment.

Can you see the eyes of the tree? We invited Mr Yılmaz who is both an assistant manager and a forest engineer MSc to our school to give a seminar about forests.We focused on some topics: 1. We learned the definition of forest, the benefits of the forest, the names of trees and wild animals. 2. We learned what to do to prevent the forest fire, what number to call if we see a forest fire ( 177 or 112). 3. We learned the vehicles used to put out the fire. 4. We learned how to plant a tree in four steps. Mr Yılmaz and his team gave presents to our students. At the end we planted trees in our school's yard. My students are lucky because they live in a village. They are used to playing on green lands and in nature. While discovering in the forest, we saw not only trees, but also blackberries and aromatic plants like thyme,. We saw animals.

We worked hard on the title "How To Have A Sustainable Life?" I guided them to use as many Web2.0 tools as possible. We focused on the climate change and prepared a coding game (without computer) titled "Edmdo Robot Builds An Echo-City". We had four stages for this activity. Each stage was a great effort for my students and they did their best. First I asked some questions about living and non living things to my students. We watched a video about ecosystem. Secondly we did an activity giving examples to food chain. Finally we played a game about ecosytem. Game is the best way to understand the relationships between living and non living things in an ecosystem. To play this game we need a rope and have students form a big circle. Find the words related to the ecosystem. What's in the ecosystem? Let's prepare a food chain to show the relations between producers, primary, secondary and tertiary consumersin an ecosystem. My students read a book titled "Our Web Of Life Ecosystems" They both had fun and learnt more about ecosystem. First we read the book "Our Web Of Life", then we read another book titled "Protecting Forests" to understand how we could save ecosystems on our earth.
